光继电器(MOSFET输出)

光继电器是指含有一个MOSFET光耦合LED的光耦的一种。光继电器相比机械继电器具有许多优点,比如:更长的使用寿命、低电流驱动和快速响应。光继电器广泛应用于半导体测试系统、安保系统等的接触开关。东芝为半导体测试系统应用提供了超小型VSON/S-VSON封装的低RON和低COFF光继电器,同时也提供具有各种封装并且具有高电流和高关闭状态电压特点的通用继电器。
