IPM接口的光耦

该光耦支持5V和15V的电源电压，最适合用作IPM（智能功率模块）的绝缘接口。输出电路系列包括开路集电极电路和图腾极电路。另外，根据各公司IPM的输入电路，可以选择逆变器逻辑输出和缓冲器逻辑输出两种类型的图腾极电路元件，比如高电平有效和低电平有效。
