单门逻辑IC（L-MOS）
东芝从二十世纪八十年代后半期开始在业界首次推出单门逻辑 (L-MOS)。
L-MOS包含少量逻辑电路（1至3个），并提供具有少量引脚（5至8个引脚）的各类封装，从工业标准通用型封装到超小型封装。L-MOS可灵活应对电路设计中的逻辑错误，并有助于满足众多应用中的小型化设计需求。
东芝提供广泛的L-MOS产品，从可保证在高电源电压（~18V）下运行的标准TC4S/4W系列，到能保证在0.9V下运行的高速7UL系列。
