(1)欠压锁定(UVLO)
当输入电压降到规定的输入电压以下时,该功能使IC处于待机状态,使得内部电路不会不稳定发生故障。
(2)电流限制
当输出端子VOUT进入非故意短路模式状态时,该功能可防止由于器件本身发热而导致的性能下降和损坏。过流保护有两种类型:一种是同时降低输出电流和输出电压的折叠型;另一种是在保持输出电流恒定的情况下降低输出电压的限流型。
(3)热关断(TSD)
它是一种防止因显著的环境温升而导致器件性能下降和损坏,以及防止因意外的大电流负载等而导致器件本身发热的电路。当内部温度检测电路检测到指定温度时,输出晶体管被关断。
(4)输出放电
当输出晶体管关断时,VOUT的端子电压可以根据连接到输出端子的负载电容保持一定的时间。此电路将快速释放积聚在负载侧的电荷,并将VOUT端子电压降至IC GND左右。
