(1)欠压锁定(UVLO)
当输入电压降到规定的输入电压以下时,该功能使IC处于待机状态,使得内部电路不会不稳定发生故障。
(2)热关断(TSD)
它是一种防止因显著的环境温升而导致器件性能下降和损坏,以及防止因意外的大电流负载等而导致器件本身发热的电路。当内部温度检测电路检测到指定温度时,输出晶体管被关断。
(3)真反向电流阻断
当输入电压VIN高于输出电压VOUT时,电流从VOUT引脚流回VIN引脚。防止反向电流,保护连接到VIN端子的电源等免于性能下降和损坏。
(4)过流限制
当输出端VOUT意外短路时,它可以防止因器件本身发热而导致的性能下降和损坏。
(5)转换速率控制驱动电路
该电路将抑制开关瞬态过程中产生的浪涌电流。
(6)输出放电
在一般负载开关电路中,当输出晶体管关断时,VOUT的端子电压可以根据连接到输出端子的负载电容保持一定的时间。此电路将快速释放积聚在负载侧的电荷,并将VOUT端子电压降至IC GND左右。
