结果,左图所示的eFuse IC的关断时间约为2μs,而中间示例图显示的可恢复式保险丝的关断时间约为3秒,右图所示的片式保险丝的关断时间约为7μs。
峰值电流也被eFuse IC抑制至大约35A。
然而,传统保险丝不适合该测量范围,并且会流经70A或以上的大电流。
