过压保护功能（过压钳位）
对于TCKE8系列，当eFuse IC的VIN引脚输入电压超过过压钳位值（OVC）时，输出电压VOUT被限制在过压钳位值（OVC）内，因此过压不会施加于后续IC或电路。
过压保护功能有两种：
- 一种会钳位输出电压
- 一种会关断输出电压
