快速短路保护

短路保护功能将防止电源线或负载因某些错误而发生短路时电流过大。东芝eFuse IC采用超高速短路保护技术,使得在短路发生后,电流在150ns(典型值)内下降至接近零。该技术对设备的稳健设计具有重要意义。此外,与普通保险丝不同的是,本产品不会因一次短路而损坏,可重复使用,这有效降低了维护成本和缩短了修理所需的恢复时间。

上图显示了当eFuse IC提供12V电源时,输出电压突然短路时的仿真波形(理想情况下)。在我们的eFuse IC TCKE8xx系列中,当输出电流达到过电流极限(ILIMIT)的1.6倍时(也称为“快速跳闸”或“短路跳闸”),输出电流将被判断为短路,并在150ns(典型值)内下降至接近零。
