What temperature ranges can be detected?

The detectable temperature range depends on the specifications of the PTC thermistor.

For instance, when using a PTC thermistor (POSISTOR) from Thermoflagger™ and Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., you can select the overheat detection temperature from 80°C to 150°C.
Table 1 shows the selection table for Thermoflagger™ and Murata's POSISTOR (PTC Thermistor).
The detectable temperature varies depending on Thermoflagger™ and POSISTOR (PTC thermistor) used.

The above selection table detects overheating when a PTC thermistor is used as a single unit. When several PTC thermistors are used, or the detection temperature fluctuate depending on the operating conditions. Before using the product, fully verify the actual operating conditions.
