热关断功能和恢复工作
如果eFuse IC中的过电流或过电压状况持续很长时间，并且IC温度超过设定温度，则IC将处于待机状态，以关闭输出并防止其被热关断功能损坏。东芝eFuse IC通过过电流的热关断功能关闭内置MOSFET的电源。自动尝试（自动重试）功能将在温度下降时自动恢复，锁存型（锁存）功能将在温度下降时释放温度。
在过电流钳位或过电压钳位短路保护运行时，当内部热关断功能工作且输出关闭时，有两种方式释放输出。当eFuse IC内部温度下降时，自动重试型产品将自动恢复，无需外部信号。锁存型的产品将通过重新进入控制启用终端进行恢复。根据使用零件选择最佳类型。
