热关断功能和恢复工作
如果eFuse IC中的过电流或过电压状况持续很长时间，并且IC温度超过设定温度，则IC将处于待机状态，以关闭输出并防止其被热关断功能损坏。东芝eFuse IC通过过电流的热关断功能关闭内置MOSFET的电源。自动尝试（自动重试）功能将在温度下降时自动恢复，锁存型（锁存）功能将在温度下降时释放温度。
