如何估算结温？
可通过以下公式计算出结温（Tj）。
Tj = Rth(j-t) * Pd + Ttab
Rth(j-t)：音频功率IC的热阻；
Pd：功耗
Ttab：音频功率IC散热器的温度。
图1所示，使用热电偶测量音频功率IC散热器的温度Ttab。
将热电偶插入音频功率IC散热器和外部散热器之间。牢牢拧紧螺钉。
（应尽量使用细一些的热电偶进行测量，并通过涂敷硅脂等方式确保与外部散热器粘合在一起）。
