不建议并联使用齐纳二极管。即使产品名称相同,齐纳电压等电气特性也会有所不同。因此,电流可能会集中在其中一个齐纳二极管中,导致特性劣化或损坏。
假设图2所示具有不同齐纳电压的两个齐纳二极管DZ1和DZ2并联,如图1所示。施加电压Vin以反向偏置齐纳二极管的pn结。此时DZ1和DZ2的齐纳电压为VZ。
当齐纳电压为VZ时,流过DZ1和DZ2的电流有所不同,如图2所示,流过DZ2的电流更大。请勿并联齐纳二极管,因为电流可能只集中在一个二极管上。
