TLCS™-870/C1系列8位微控制器具有相当于16位微控制器的高速处理能力。 TLCS™-870/C1系列通过在单个时钟周期内操作一个指令周期，从而在较低内部时钟频率下实现了高速处理能力。该微控制器使用独特的分割方法实现了高达128 KB的存储器地址空间。

继承自TLCS™-870/C1系列。 采用新结构的闪存
新开发的TLCS™-870/C1E系列是一款入门级微控制器，继承了我们原有的8位内核。 TLCS™-870/C1E系列采用了全新的SONOS（*）闪存技术，具有出色的写入／擦除耐久性和数据保持特性，适用于对可靠性要求较高的系统。近年来，物联网（IoT）在工业和消费设备中不断发展，该系列实现了控制此类设备的微控制器所需的功耗降低。
（注）SONOS类型： SONOS是＂Silicon Oxide Nitride Oxide Silicon＂缩写，代表一种半导体结构。
