OFD（振荡频率检测器）
OFD是东芝原创的频率检测器，在硬件层面检测异常振荡。它符合IEC 60730标准。外部振荡器的频率将始终通过参考时钟来测量，当频率超出预定范围时将产生复位。OFD不需要软件程序来操作，这与使用看门狗定时器大不相同。后者必须分配最高优先级的中断，并且需要一个子程序来检测振荡器的频率。OFD具有更多的功能特性，无需外部参考时钟，可使用寄存器值选择检测频率，检测时间最小为100us，当振荡器运行异常时，将复位微控制器。
