Insertion Power Loss

TVS二极管(ESD保护二极管)通常放置在信号线和GND之间。因此,在稳态运行中,二极管将作为电容(端对端电容)。根据信号速度(特别是高速信号LVDS等),这些电容将作为阻抗包括在内,从而导致信号损耗(插入功率损耗:插入损耗)和信号质量下降。
