TB9045FNG系列产品概述
低压操作（VB：2.7V～），适用于ASIL D系统的MCU内核安全机构的输出电压为1.1、1.2、1.25和1.5的3通道传感器电源
越来越多至关于汽车安全的关键系统，比如电动助力转向（EPS）和制动系统，要求符合ASIL D[注1]，这是ISO 26262功能安全标准中所规定的最高汽车安全完整性等级。
新IC集成了对于电源电路的高压、低压检测和过热检测等各种故障检测功能以监测和防止IC自身故障，还集成了一个看门狗定时器以监测外部微控制器故障。我们还结合了用于检测故障检测电路中潜在故障的初始诊断电路，以保证更高的功能安全性。
