TB9051FTG采用小型QFN封装（测量值：6mm×6mm），有助于减小电子控制单元（ECU）的尺寸。其输出级具有一个低导通电阻H桥，其中包括P通道和N通道DMOS晶体管。这就不再需要使用电荷泵，从而有助于降低噪声和功耗。为了确保功能安全，电源电压监测电路将对每个片上比较器进行初始诊断。TB9051FTG的应用包括打开和关闭发动机节流阀和其它阀门；收缩电动车门后视镜；以及座椅、后车门打开／关闭和其它导通电流超过3A的应用。
