CR乘积是光继电器通过输出端子之间的开关处理高频信号的重要指标之一。CR乘积中的“C”是指光控继电器关断时的输出电容COFF。“R”是光继电器导通时输出端子之间的电阻(导通电阻)RON。
当COFF为高时,即使将光继电器关闭,高频信号也能通过。RON如为高,则信号通过时会发生损耗并且劣化。因此,对于高频信号开关的应用场合,需要具有低COFF和小RON的光继电器,即具有低CR乘积的光继电器。
