电流传输比是什么？
电流传输比（CTR）是指输出侧上的集电极电流Ic与输入侧上流向LED的输入电流IF之比，用百分比表示。该比值由以下公式定义。
CTR＝（IC/IF）×100（%）
与晶体管的hFE一样，电流传输比是晶体管输出光耦的一个重要参数。该电流传输比的值取决于温度Ta、LED电流IF和晶体管集电极－发射极电压VCE。此外，长时间给LED供电时，其光输出会逐渐降低。因此，设计时必须考虑随时间推移会出现的这种性能下降问题。
