EN IEC 60747-5-5是适用于光耦的典型元器件标准之一。对于符合EN IEC 60747-5-5认证的产品，必须在常规运输测试中增加局部放电测试。因此，东芝经营的EN IEC 60747-5-5认证产品如下：
（1）为已通过EN IEC 60747-5-5要求的测试的产品分配统一的名称，例如统一为选项（D4）或（V4）规格名称。
（2）为具有（D4）／（V4）规格的产品分配统一的产品名称。
（3）对于产品名称，将（D4）分配给可保证爬电距离／电气间隙为6.4mm或以上的封装产品，例如DIP和SDIP封装； 并将（V4）分配给爬电距离／电气间隙为5mm或以下的表面贴装封装产品，例如SO4、SO6和MFSOP6。
