EN IEC 60747-5-5是适用于光耦的典型元器件标准之一。对于符合EN IEC 60747-5-5认证的产品,必须在常规运输测试中增加局部放电测试。因此,东芝经营的EN IEC 60747-5-5认证产品如下:
(1)为已通过EN IEC 60747-5-5要求的测试的产品分配统一的名称,例如统一为选项(D4)或(V4)规格名称。
(2)为具有(D4)/(V4)规格的产品分配统一的产品名称。
(3)对于产品名称,将(D4)分配给可保证爬电距离/电气间隙为6.4mm或以上的封装产品,例如DIP和SDIP封装; 并将(V4)分配给爬电距离/电气间隙为5mm或以下的表面贴装封装产品,例如SO4、SO6和MFSOP6。
