2-4.浪涌电流降低

浪涌电流限流功能控制转换速率以降低浪涌电流。
一旦负载开关IC导通,其输出电压会瞬间增大,导致可能超过负载IC或电路额定电压的过冲现象。
此外,浪涌大电流流入负载开关IC,以对连接VOUT引脚的输出滤波电容器进行充电。浪涌电流发生在从负载开关IC导通至输出电压稳定的这段时间内。如果VIN引脚连接具有大阻抗的电路板迹线,则输入电压可能会因浪涌电流在迹线阻抗上发生压降而下降。因此负载开关IC无法提供正常的输出电压电平。
负载开关IC导通后,浪涌电流限流功能将输出电流缓慢升高以限制浪涌电流,从而抑制输出电压过冲和输入电压降。因此,浪涌电流限制有助于提高系统稳定性。
