eFuse IC TCKE805系列的应用电路

TCKE805系列的电源线保护电路。它通过短路，其他保护功能以及带有外部MOSFET的反向电流电路实现了快速关断。

  • 高输出电流：IOUT(DC)＝5.0A
  • 低导通电阻：RON＝28mΩ（典型值）
  • 可调节过电流保护：5.0A（最大值）
  • 固定过电压钳位
  • 由外部电容控制可编程转换速率以减少浪涌电流
  • 通过外部电阻的可编程欠电压锁定
  • 由内置MOSFET驱动IC支持反向电流阻断
  • 热关断
  • 自动放电
  • 小封装：WSON10B（3.0mm×3.0mm，t：0.7mm（典型值））
