东芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社（简称“东芝”）推出600V小型智能功率器件（IPD）产品“TPD4165K”，适用于空调、空气净化器和泵等直流无刷电机驱动。
与东芝的现有产品[1]相比，新产品“TPD4165K”的最大输出电流从2A增加到3A。因此可以支持需要电机驱动提供更高功率的各种设备。
“TPD4165K”采用直插式HDIP30封装，与东芝先前的产品[2]相比，表贴面积减小约21%。这将有助于减小电机驱动电路板的尺寸。
在供电不稳定的地区，电源电压可能会大幅波动，因此将电压从东芝先前产品[2]的500V提高到600V，从而提高可靠性。
东芝网站上发布了采用全新TPD4165K和内置矢量控制引擎的TMPM374FWUG微控制器"无感直流无刷电机驱动的参考设计" ，详情请访问网站。
