高精度过电压钳位功能
当超过极限电压时，过电压钳位功能将输出电压限制在极限电压内。东芝eFuse IC的功能是将输出电压限制在单个产品的规定输出电压范围内，防止后续级向IC施加过大电压。
我们的eFuse IC具有过电压钳位功能。例如，如果是TCK805，即使输入电压增加，输入电压也会被抑制，不会超过大约6.0V（典型值）。因此，即使输入电压瞬间变得过大，也能提供更稳定的电源，即采用该钳位功能将输出电压保持在后级IC的耐受电压范围内。
