对于工业应用中使用的逆变器系统,国际标准IEC 61800-5-1《可调速电力驱动系统——安全要求》[注1]中规定了与隔离相关的指标。工业用通用逆变器的主要系统电压范围为200V至600V。以600V系统为例,过压类别为Ⅲ[注2]时所需的冲击电压为6kV,而一级以上8kV则需要设计加强隔离。
对于DCL54x01系列,我们针对VDE V 0884-11标准的最大工作隔离电压VIORM=1.0kVrms采用了加强隔离[注3]。该标准的加强隔离要求的冲击电压为12.8kV[注4],产品设计中加入了满足此要求的电阻。因此,其具有足够的冲击电压容限,适用于工业应用中的各种通用用途。
