无刷电机可能因为霍尔输入端的噪音而无法正常工作。
如图1所示,IC根据霍尔输入端的零交叉产生FG信号。
将FG信号的半周期时间作为60°电角度的时间,并生成下一个60°电角度周期的调制波形。
如果霍尔信号中有噪声,零交叉附近可能会出现抖动现象,这也会导致FG信号抖动。
由于FG信号抖动,IC将输出高频调制波形。
这种快速调制波形将持续至下一次霍尔零交叉,这可能导致电机故障和电流波形失真。请采取相应措施,例如在霍尔输入端增设噪声滤波器以消除噪声。
