使用无感BLDC电机时,需要谨慎对待低速旋转或负载波动较大的应用。
无感驱动不使用传感器(霍尔元件或霍尔IC)来检测转子位置,而是监测电机反电动势的变化并预测驱动过程中电机通电时间。
但是,反电动势与转速成正比。如图2所示,如果电机转速低,反电动势也低。如果反电动势不足,则难以实现稳定的无感驱动,容易导致运行不稳定。
此外,无感驱动也是通过检测反电动势的变化并预测通电时间来驱动电机。但是,如果电机的转速因负载波动而发生显著变化,则所需通电时间和预测时间之间的差异就会变大。因此,正常通电的电机可能会失步(无法旋转)。
