输入信号的I/O端子不需要上拉电阻,输出信号的I/O端子需要上拉到输出侧电源。
双电源总线开关有一个特性,当端子A(或端子B)的输入信号超过基于VCCA的参考电压时,双电源总线开关就会关断。
此特性可用于电压电平转换(简称为“电平转换”)。
因此,无需在信号的输入侧加设一个上拉电阻器,但有必要将输出侧上拉至输出侧的电源。
当双向使用时(如图1所示),由于A侧和B侧都可能输出,因此两个引脚都需要上拉电阻(Rpullup-A、Rpullup-B)。
当输入侧和输出侧同向使用时(图2),输入端(A侧)不需要上拉电阻,但必须将输出端(B侧)上拉(Rpullup-B)至输出侧的电源VCCB。
当单向反方向使用时,输入引脚(B侧)不需要上拉电阻,但必须将输出引脚(A侧)上拉(Rpullup-A)至输出侧的电源VCCA。
