反向电流阻断功能
反向电流阻断功能是防止电流从输出端流向输入端的功能，例如，当输出电压高于输入电压时。东芝eFuse IC可以通过可选的外部N沟道MOSFET防止关闭时产生反向电流。
东芝eFuse IC TCKE8xx具有内置N沟道MOSFET。如果另一个N沟道MOSFET从外部连接到本产品，并且栅极电压由EFET端子提供，则该电路具有公共源连接电路配置。因此，当输入电压为0V（eFuse IC关闭）且输出端子侧的电压较高时，两个寄生（主体）二极管可以防止反向电流流动。
