齐纳二极管提供过压保护
齐纳二极管适用于保护电源线、电源控制线，并能保护内部电路和IC免受热插拔等引起的过压影响。
电源线易受静电（ESD）和其它过压脉冲的影响，必须加以保护。电路断开的具体原因尚不清楚，但通常情况下是因为过压，比如电感负载的切换。齐纳二极管使对于电路和IC的保护更容易更安全。
