转子位置检测方法主要有三种:
・ 电流检测
电流检测是磁场定向控制的必要条件,不属于本e-Learning课程内容的范围。
・霍尔传感器检测
利用三个霍尔传感器,通过转子的磁场检测转子位置。
・感应电压检测
通过转子旋转产生的感应电压的变化来检测转子位置。
这是无传感器电机的位置检测方法之一。
无刷电机有两种基本控制方法。此外,还有一些控制方法需要复杂的计算,如矢量控制和弱场控制。
・方波驱动
根据转子的旋转角度,切换逆变电路功率元件的开关状态,然后改变定子线圈的电流方向,使转子旋转。
・正弦波驱动
通过检测转子的旋转角度来旋转转子,在逆变电路中产生相移为120度的3相交流电,然后改变定子线圈的电流方向和大小。
