中国上海,2020年6月24日——东芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社(“东芝”)今日宣布,推出行业首款[1]能够在低至2.2V电压下工作的高速通信光耦。这两款器件分别是典型数据传输率为5Mbps的“TLP2312”和20Mbps的“TLP2372”。并将于今日开始出货。
新产品能在低至2.2V的低电压下工作,因此能够适应外围电路的较低电压,甚至能配合2.5V LVCMOS这样的低电平电压电路。这种方法无需使用单独的电源驱动光耦,从而能够减少组件数量。
新型光耦在-40℃至+125℃的工作温度范围内阈值输入电流低至1.6mA(最大值)、供电电流低至0.5mA(最大值),能够直接通过微控制器来驱动,有助于降低功耗。
新型光耦采用5引脚SO6封装,最大封装高度仅为2.3mm,为印刷电路板上的组件布局提供了更大的灵活性。
