东芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社(简称“东芝”)现已推出“TC75S103F”,拓展了我们的产品线。TC75S103F是一款适用于各种移动设备[2]传感器[1]的低耗电量输入和输出全范围CMOS运算放大器。
这款新产品的典型工作电流低至100μA,有助于降低设备的功耗并长时间驱动移动设备[2]。这款新产品还具有输入和输出全范围(输入和输出轨到轨)这一特性,其最低工作电压为1.8V,因此可实现低电压驱动。此外,低至1.5mV的最大输入补偿电压有助于提高传感器的灵敏度。
随着IoT设备数量的增多以及在移动设备[2]中使用各类传感器[1],对低功耗和低电压驱动型运算放大器的需求量也相应增长。为满足这类需求,我们的产品线中增加了这款产品。
