东芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社(“东芝”)推出SOT-23封装产品,扩充了“MKZ系列”齐纳二极管产品线。齐纳二极管可防止电子器件受开关浪涌[1]以及ESD(静电放电)[2] 的影响。
机械式继电器或电机工作时,线圈反电动势会产生浪涌。新品齐纳二极管可防止电子器件受开关浪涌和ESD的影响。此外,与现有系列产品一样,新产品具有低动态电阻和低钳位电压特性,可以很好的吸收浪涌,抑制电子器件上的浪涌电压,有助于提高电子设备的质量。采用了通用SOT-23封装的十款产品,齐纳电压覆盖范围5.6V至36V(典型值),支持大多数电压,可用于各种电压线和安装区域。
