东芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社(简称“东芝”)将依次生产CEZ、CUZ、MUZ、MSZ四个系列的24款齐纳二极管产品。这些产品可防止半导体器件受开关浪涌、感应雷电过压[1]以及静电放电(ESD)[2]影响。
电路开关时,设备电源线内可产生电压高达数千伏、脉冲宽度达毫秒级的开关浪涌电压。这些新产品不仅能防止半导体器件受操作过压以及接近直流频率的过压影响,还可使半导体器件不受宽度达数百纳秒的静电放电(ESD)[2]和微秒级脉冲宽度的感应雷电过压[1]的影响。此外,凭借低动态电阻和低钳位电压等特性,这类产品还可通过吸收浪涌降低半导体器件上的外施电压,从而提高设备可靠性。
上述产品对应的齐纳电压范围为5.6V-24V(典型值),适用于绝大多数电源线,这些产品有四种封装形式。该产品线共有24款产品,可用于各种配电线路和安装区域。
