The manufacture of semiconductors, hard disks, and parts requires a large amount of water for cooling equipment, diluting chemicals, and cleaning. Industrial water and well water are used for these purposes, and we promote reuse and recycling to make effective use of water resources.

Wafer cleaning equipment constantly supplies pure water in order to keep the water quality high in the equipment tank and piping. We are reducing the amount of pure water used by optimizing the amount of pure water that flows excessively when the equipment is on standby.
