東芝推出新型低觸發電流光繼電器

東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社（東芝）推出兩款採用小型4引腳SO6封裝的新型光繼電器 "TLP170AM"和"TLP170GM"，適用於安全系統、建築自動化和其他工業設備。

新產品的最高觸發LED電流為1mA，通過提升光電二極體陣列的靈敏度，降低了輸入端功耗。在電池供電的安全裝置和各種感測器中使用這種光繼電器進行開關控制，有助於降低功耗，同時延長設備的使用壽命。

TLP170AM的斷態輸出端額定電壓為60V，恒定導通電流（ION）為0.7A，脈衝狀態工作時最高可達2.1A。TLP170GM為350V版本，ION恒定電流為110mA，脈衝狀態工作時為330mA。

4引腳SO6封裝可提供3750Vrms的最低隔離電壓，方便在要求高絕緣性能的設備中使用這些元件。
