東芝推出高解析度微步進馬達驅動IC

東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社（東芝）推出最新微步進馬達驅動IC產品TC78H670FTG。這款IC最大額定值為18V/2.0A[1]，可驅動各種工作電壓的馬達。已量產啟動。
新款IC可透過2.5V至16V供電電源驅動128微步進馬達。其電源來源可由USB供電、電池供電和標準9-12V系統元件，它還能與1.8V介面配合使用，從而連接各種主機和微控制器。
東芝最新的[2] DMOS製程確保TC78H670FTG具有卓越的品質與低導通電阻。該製程還有助於這款IC實現超低待機電流。此IC採用QFN16超小封裝，並透過整合電流檢測電阻來減少外部零件的使用，從而降低成本，精簡電路，節省PCB板佈線空間。
