Reference Designs

There are increasing cases in which a highly versatile reference design based on device selection and optimal solutions of circuits is being used as an efficient development design approach.
Not only schematics as reference circuit but also PCB pattern data, Gerber data, and sample software as reference design are available for quick advancement of equipment designs.
We hope these reference designs can be used as a base for new designs and support turn-key development which helps in reducing labor.

Device Selection Tool for Motor Control and Driver Circuit. You can select and download various basic topologies of motor driver such as three-phase inverter circuit based on your actual requirements in order to verify the behavior of MOSFETs and another devices for your simulation environment. 
A MOSFET selection tool that allows circuit simulation on the Web. This service allows users to easily perform pre-verification of MOSFETs without the need to build a simulation environment.
We provide simulation data, 3D models of packages, and land pattern models (2D models) used when developing product boards.
